Lofaso achieved the creative spirit she desired by working with her. Black Market has no one idea in its head and it is that way. The first course could be chip dill, followed by shishitos peppers. Then comes a Korean Wing, and lastly the meatballs course. Antonia is the anchor for this bold array of tastes. Her memorable performances on Top Chef Chicago & Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her personality outside the cooking area. Lofaso has teamed up in partnership with Penguin In 2012, she teamed up with Penguin to launch The Busy Mother's Cookbook, 100 Recipes to prepare Delicious homemade Meals. The book tells her story about the challenges she encountered while studying at the French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea.
